MGI is nearing…..

With cold temperatures in northeast Ohio, we are sure the group is anxious to get to Miami.

“Temperatures are real cold, we expect to see it reach 40 here on Feb 16th. Forty is the same number that I will shoot on the front nine at the Senator.” said a revamped Burt Keiper via conference call.

Meanwhile in Las Vegas, Craig Goleno has been spotted trying out the R11 at a local Golf Galaxy.

31 days away

The 2011 Miami Golf Invitational is 31 days away. Are you working on your game?

The temperature in Ohio over the next ten days will not even reach 30 degrees, and it is tough to practice, or keep the game sharp.

“I recommend the ‘stretching’ video from P90X!” says Las Vegan Allen Grant.

In Seattle, the weather is not much better with temperatures barely reaching 50 degrees and rain throughout the week.

Craig Goleno helps out with First Tee of Southern Nevada

Craig Goleno was out at Vegas Golf Fest on Sunday Feb 21 in support of First Tee of Southern Nevada.

“It is a great program that helps kids get a chance to play golf that were not born with a silver spoon in their mouth and access to a private country club.” said Craig Goleno, “Every one agrees they would be not only a better golfer but a better person had they learned the game of golf and its values at a young age”

Craig Goleno gets on Launch Monitor at Legacy.  Cameraman and play by play announcer Allen Grant makes this a must watch clip.

‘There were a lot of people giving instruction, and it was tough to focus with Grant directing in the backgroud!” defended Goleno.

IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE THAT THIS GUY STARTED OUT DRIVING KEIPER AND GRANT ON THE BACK NINE, BUT HE DID. ON THE 14TH HOLE, THE HARDEST HOLE ON THE BACK NINE, GOLENO HIT IT BY GRANT BY A GOOD 100 YARDS, AND BY TK BY A MUCH SMALLER NUMBER!
